She is the Founder of Watkins Brand Advisors, a strategic consultancy helping organizations unlock growth through brand, creative strategy, and customer experience.
Most recently, Shannon served as EVP and Chief Brand, Marketing & Communications Officer at Fiserv, a high-growth global fintech company, where she led a 250-person organization and spearheaded the global reinvention of the Clover brand — a leading point- of-sale and software platform powering small businesses.
Previously, she was Global CMO of Jordan Brand at Nike, where she led brand and marketing, creative, retail design, entertainment marketing, and digital and social strategy— helping fuel double-digit global growth for one of the world’s most influential brands. She also served as Chief Brand and Marketing Officer at Aflac, delivering record-setting brand performance.Earlier in her career, Shannon held leadership roles at The Coca-Cola Company, Procter & Gamble, and Kraft Foods.
An award-winning executive producer and Cannes Lions and Clio winner, Shannon is a frequent speaker at global stages including SXSW and Cannes Lions, and a recognized voice on how brand and creativity drive both business growth and cultural impact. She lives in Atlanta with her husband and daughter Zoie.
