As Chief Marketing & Growth Officer at AT&T, Kellyn leads the company’s efforts to accelerate customer acquisition, increase customer lifetime value, and strengthen AT&T’s position as a premium customer-first brand. She oversees all aspects of marketing including brand strategy, advertising, media, digital growth, customer intelligence, insights, and strategic partnerships.
A key architect of AT&T’s ongoing transformation, Kellyn is at the helm of initiatives such as the AT&T Guarantee, a bold new commitment to AT&T’s customers. Under her leadership, AT&T has simplified and modernized the way they work and launched award-winning, insight-driven campaigns that are reshaping how the brand serves its customers. Kellyn is widely respected for her ability to create enduring relationships and foster a purpose-driven, customer-centric culture.
Before joining AT&T, Kellyn served as Global Chief Marketing Officer for Hilton Worldwide, overseeing marketing across 18 global brands and the Hilton Honors loyalty program, serving over 100 million members across 120 countries. She has also held senior leadership roles at Uber Technologies, Capital One, and Microsoft, where she consistently drove innovation and growth.
In addition to her executive responsibilities, Kellyn is an active industry and board leader. She serves on the Board of Directors for Invitations Homes (NYSE: INVH), on the Board of the Association of National Advertisers (ANA), is a Global Chair Emeritus of the Marketing & Media Alliance and sits on the Executive Committee of the Ad Council, where she helps shape national campaigns for public good. She also lends her expertise as an advisor and advocate for emerging marketing talent and technologies. A Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute, Kellyn is part of a select group of values-driven leaders committed to creating meaningful societal impact.

Kellyn proudly holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics with a minor in Computer Science from Colgate University, and an MBA in Strategy, Decision Analytics, and Marketing from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
