Toygar Bazarkaya is the founder and Chief Creative Officer of RECE, one of Adweek’s "Independent Agencies to Watch," built for leaders who believe that speed, cultural relevance, and deep audience understanding are essential to growth. RECE (Radical Empathy and Creative Excellence) operates on a singular premise: strategies, creativity and AI are useless if they aren’t anchored in a deep emotional understanding of the audience. A veteran of creative transformation, Toygar’s expertise in AI dates back to the early days of IBM Watson at Havas NY in 2016. At Possible, he will share a blueprint for fundamentally re-engineering the creative process—moving beyond AI as a simple tool, toward an enabler of impossible collaborations. Throughout his career at BBDO, DDB, and Havas, Toygar has transformed iconic brands including Visa, Gillette, Campbell’s, McDonald’s, Dos Equis, and Major League Baseball. He has consistently judged, chaired juries, and won at Cannes, D&AD, LIA, and the Clios, and has been named to Adweek’s Creative 100 and Campaign’s Digital 40 over 40. All it took was German discipline, Turkish passion, and decades of American experience.
