Before joining LG Ad Solutions, Rose held senior leadership roles at AT&T, WarnerMedia, Xandr, and DirecTV, consistently driving growth, innovating ad tech practices, and fostering deep, enduring client relationships. Her leadership style combines a strong commercial track record with a people-centered approach, empowering teams and partners to unlock new opportunities in a rapidly shifting media landscape.

Rose holds degrees in Theatre and Broadcast Journalism from the University of Miami. She lives in Connecticut with her husband, two children, and their dog, and finds balance through yoga and creative pursuits.
