Jenna is a seasoned digital marketing and operations leader with over 20 years of experience driving business growth and transformation. She excels at leveraging technology, people, and processes to create meaningful impact.
After earning a degree in Economics from Princeton University, Jenna began her career at J.P. Morgan Chase before moving into marketing roles at American Express. She then joined ad tech pioneer MediaMath as its eighth employee, helping drive global expansion over 12 years. She held multiple leadership roles, including building and leading the global Professional Services organization and serving as Chief Operating Officer. During her tenure, she spent three years in London, launching operations across EMEA and APAC and contributing to the company’s growth to 750 employees across 17 global offices.
In 2021, Jenna joined PayPal, where she has led initiatives in customer lifecycle strategy and customer data management. Currently, she leads Operations for PayPal Ads, supporting the development of a new advertising business that helps merchants sell more products and services effectively and enables consumers to discover more of what they love.
At home in New Jersey, Jenna is a lover of autobiographical books, “the shore”, and most especially, her husband, three children, and two bernedoodles.
